Shipping policy

Thank you for supporting Sona's Limited Store! Here's everything you need to know about how we ship your order.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Note that this does not apply to pre-orders, and the fulfillment only begins once the order is ready for production.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer Standard and Express shipping options at checkout. Delivery times vary based on the method selected and your location.

International Shipping We ship to countries worldwide! Available carriers at checkout include USPS, DHL Express, and FedEx depending on your region. Please allow additional time for international deliveries.

Shipping Carriers We ship via USPS, DHL Express, and FedEx. Once your order is handed off to the carrier, Sona's Limited Store is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, or events outside of our control.

Customs & Import Duties International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total and vary by country.

Lost or Damaged Items Once your order has been transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@sonalimited.store with your order number and photos.
